Eyeliner Usage:

Please shake the eyeliner before you use it.

1.Shake eyeliner bottle well before use(this is very important) 

2.Apply 2-3 thick layers of eyeliner to the upper lid, Wait for it to dry for 20s.

3.Gently lay lashes on the top of your natural eyelashes so that the outer edge is in line with the edge of your natural lash line.

4.Allow the lash to adhere eyeliner and lightly press lash down to set it.
