Directions:
Take the Duo Brow Brush spoolie and take a small amount of product. Work the spoolie on the product back and forth, then against the cap to remove excess. On clean brows, brush upwards as you gently press down the brow. With the metal ferrule part of the brush, press down the brow to lock brow hairs into your desired look.
