Rom&nd Han All Sharp Brow includes a 1.5mm pencil, pre-loaded powder, and spoolie-brush in one and has a formula with coating film and oil resists sweat and smudging.
Design detailed strokes with a 1.5mm tip and shading without flattening your eyebrows texture. It comes with a powder brush tip to minimize product fallout.
HOW TO USE
- Use the built-in spoolie-brush to straighten the eyebrow.
- Use 1.5 mm pencil to shape and define the eyebrow.
- Fill the sparse area with the sponge-tip pre-loaded with the powder.
- Blend and groom the eyebrow with the built-in spoolie-brush for polished finish.
